THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
On July 25, 2014, Plaintiff filed this action against Defendant in the Fairfax County Circuit Court, alleging two counts of defamation per se arising out of statements that Plaintiff contends were made to him and others during and after his employment. On Augüst 28, 2014, Defendant timely removed this case to this Court based on diversity jurisdiction.
