Appellants filed suit against appellee on an insurance policy issued by Employers Casualty Company, Inc., claiming $10,000 damages as to the value o f certain un*95scheduled personal property claimed to be insured by appellee against loss by fire, which property was alleged to have been destroyed by a fire on to wit January 13, 1963. Appellants also alleged that appellee was given notice of the fire and loss and has refused to pay for said loss under the terms of the policy.
