RULING ON MOTION TO DISMISS
The issue presented is whether, on the facts of this case, the plaintiffs are required to have obtained a "release letter" from the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities ("CHRO") prior to bringing a cause of action in Superior Court. As there is no allegation of such a release in the complaint, the defendants have moved to dismiss those counts of the complaint which allege violations of § 46a-60 of the General Statutes.
