PELLEGRINI, Judge.

Anthony Delgado, Jr. (Delgado) appeals an order of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) recommitting him to the remainder of his original term of imprisonment1 for multiple technical parole violations.

On January 17, 1989, Delgado was sentenced to five to ten years imprisonment2 after he pled nolo contendere to charges of rape,3 involuntary deviate sexual intercourse,4 statutory rape5 and indecent assault 6 involving his stepdaughter.
