OPINION

{¶ 1} This is an appeal by defendant-appellant, Matthew Exum, from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, following a jury trial in which appellant was found guilty of robbery.

{¶ 2} On February 3, 2005, appellant and a co-defendant, Jasin Justice, were indicted pursuant to a five-count indictment in connection with an incident on January 26, 2005. Under the indictment, appellant was charged with one count of robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.02(A)(2), a second-degree felony, and one count of robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.02(A)(3), a third-degree felony.
