— We decide herein the objections of Charles Bozzo, executor of the estate of James J. Bozzo, hereinafter called Bozzo, and General Electric Credit Corporation, hereinafter called General Electric, to the determination by the sheriff of Bucks County in favor of claimant, David Matthews, hereinafter called Matthews, a property claimant in a sheriffs execution.
