OPINION OF THE COURT

By this motion, initiated by order to show cause, the respondent in this juvenile delinquency proceeding, Anthony N., seeks an order adjudging the Commissioner of Juvenile Justice to be in contempt of court and punishing him therefore.

On March 3, 1980, Anthony was placed on probation for two years after having admitted to committing an act which would constitute attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (Penal Law, §§ 110.00, 265.02).
