MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

The Plaintiff, Gary Ryder (“Ryder”), brings this action against the Defendant, Washington Mutual Bank, F.A. (“the Bank”), based upon the alleged breach of a loan contract and Connecticut’s Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”), Conn.
