I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiffs are the 19th Street Baptist Church, (the “Church”) located at 19th & Titan Streets, Philadelphia, PA, and five individual members of the Church who are also residents of the surrounding community (collectively “plaintiffs”). All of the individual plaintiffs are African-Americans. Defendants are the St. Peters Episcopal Church, the Episcopal Diocese of Philadelphia, PA, and First Union Bank (collectively “defendants”).
