O’CONNELL, J..'This is an action to.recover damages for personal injuries. The trial court granted defendants’ motions for a directed verdict and entered a judgment for defendants. Plaintiff appeals.
Plaintiff, aged nine, accompanied by his uncle and three other children, came to visit Mr. and Mrs. McConnell at their residence in Dallas, Oregon.'
