MEMORANDUM OF DECISION Introduction This matter comes before the Court following a stipulation entered into by the debtor, Dustin Jade Wells (“Debtor”) and his largest creditor, Box Canyon Dairy (“Box Canyon”). The chapter 131 trustee, Kathleen McCallister (“Trustee”) did not join in the stipulation, and, in fact, appealed the application of the stipulation as regards the proceeds from the sale of Debtor’s homestead.
