MEMORANDUM OPINION

ARTHUR B. BRISKMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 24) filed by Donald F. Walton, the Acting United States Trustee for Region 21 (“UST”), seeking dismissal of this case filed by the Debtors Michael S. Thompson and Crystal Lee Thompson (collectively, “Debtors”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Sections 707(b)(1), 707(b)(2) and 707(b)(3)(B). A final eviden-tiary hearing was held on June 8, 2011 at which Debtors, their counsel, and counsel for the UST appeared. The parties, pursuant to the Court’s directive, filed post-hearing briefs.
