This matter came before the Court for hearing on April 23, 2014, on the Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b) (the “Motion”) (Dkt. #83) filed by the United States Trustee (the “Trustee”) in the chapter 7 bankruptcy case of Michael Alex White (the “Debtor”).
