This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County, affirming an order of the Public Service Commission of Missouri, permitting transfer of certain authority to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle from Edwin G. Mueller, doing business as Bernskoetter Moving & Storage, to John F. Oliver. The application was filed in the Public Service Commission by Edwin G. Mueller, as transferor and John F.
