THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant’s motion, filed May 10, 1990, to be granted credit for time served while on bond prior to trial.

*173The record in this case indicates Defendant was indicted on December 3, 1986 for his participation in a conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute in excess of two kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846.
