DUGGAN, District Judge.
Plaintiff-Appellant, Southern Wabash Communications, LTD (Wabash or Appellant), appeals the district court’s denial of summary judgment and dismissal of Wabash’s state law contract claims against Defendants-Appellees, Union County Broadcasting Company, Inc. (Union County), and J.B. Crawley (Crawley)(collectively Appellees). Wabash’s claims arise out of Appellees’ alleged breaches of two contracts, which the parties entered into for the sale of a radio station owned by Union County.
