This suit in equity was brought by F. S. Tolson against Peter B. and Robert S. Bradley to recover compensation for a deficiency in acreage upon a purchase of land. The bill *468alleges a purchase in gross, but charges that the contract in this respect was fraudulent. From a decree in Tolson's favor the Bradleys obtained this appeal.
