MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging violations of his Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights. Specifically, plaintiff makes the following claims: (1) Assistant County Attorneys for Labette County Brandi Dunning and Scott Rask and City of Parsons, Kansas police officers Scott Gofourth and Ken Steenrod deprived him of his rights under the Fourth Amendment by subjecting him to a search of his residence without a valid search warrant or probable cause; (2) Gofourth and Steenrod deprived him of his Fourth Amendment rights…
