Investment Resource Holding, Inc. (IRH) appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed on June 28, 2016, in the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County finding it guilty of certain summary offenses regarding property it .had purchased at judicial sale. In this timely -appeal, IRH raises two issues, both regarding its attempt to rescind its purchase of the subject property.
