The defendant, Argelis Rosario, was indicted by a grand jury for three counts of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.75) and endangering the welfare of a child (Penal Law § 260.10). The People allege that from 1997 through 2004, the defendant (born in 1983) anally raped, orally sodomized, and otherwise sexually abused a child who was 5 to 11 years of age at the time.
