OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Cody Dallas (Dallas), appeals the trial court’s judgment finding Dallas jointly and severally liable to the Appellee-Plaintiff, Brandon Cessna (Cessna), for damages following intentional acts of battery.

We affirm.

ISSUES

Dallas raises two issues on appeal, which we restate as:(1) Whether the trial court erred when it imposed joint and several liability for an intentional tort that originated in a crime; and(2) Whether Dallas’ intentional touching of Cessna was a proximate cause of Cessna’s injuries.
