These proceedings were consolidated by order of the court dated April 8, 1983. There are four proceedings involving these girls, Lisa G. and Lucinda G.

Each child is the subject of a petition by the Commissioner of Social Services verified February 17, 1983 requesting review of the foster care status of the child.
