OPINION BY

BECK, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant T.T. seeks review of a trial court order committing him to involuntary psychiatric treatment under the Mental *1125Health Procedures Act.1 The primary issue is whether an on-going and worsening serious physical debilitation can satisfy the statutory requirement under section 301(b) that appellant poses a clear and present danger of harm to himself. We find that it can and thus affirm.
