Plaintiff, a workers compensation self-insurance fund, sues Defendant, its former third-party administrator, for breach of contract.1 In essence, Plaintiff alleges that Defendant mismanaged thousands of claims that Defendant handled for Plaintiff from approximately 2008 through 2010. This matter is before the Court following a bench trial from May 29, 2014 through June 4, 2014, and the filing of various post-trial briefs and other submissions.
