Appeal from a judgment of the Erie County Court (Timothy J. *1064Drury, J.), rendered November 16, 2006. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of assault in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
