MEMORANDUM
JOAN N. FEENEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
The matter before the Court is the five-count Complaint commenced by Raymond Liddell (“Liddell” or the “Plaintiff’) against Walter G. Peckham (“Peekham”), pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) and (a)(6). The Court conducted a trial on June 23, 2010 and July 1, 2010 at which four witnesses testified and 41 exhibits were introduced into evidence. At the conclusion of the trial, both parties submitted post-trial briefs.
