THOMPSON: Senior Circuit Judge:
The petitioner seeks review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ (“BIA”) denial of his requests for cancellation of removal, adjustment of status and voluntary departure. We grant the petition for review of the denial of the request for cancellation of removal, and remand that request to the BIA for further consideration. We deny the petition for review of the denial of the requests for adjustment of status and for voluntary departure.
