Ballard and Faye Wright appeal from an order of Greenup Circuit Court granting summary judgment to General Electric Corporation upon their common law tort claims for injuries allegedly sustained by Ballard from exposure to asbestos during his employment as a railroad worker for CSX Transportation, Inc., and its predecessor, Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad Company (C & 0).
