The realty involved in this litigation is sometimes referred to as the sawmill property. Confusion may be avoided, if at the outset we call attention to the fact that since a time prior to September 17, 1895, the sawmill has been owned by one person or corporation and operated by other persons or another corporation. In the beginning Elihu was the owner of the sawmill property.
