SOFAER, District Judge:
Plaintiff brings this action against her former employer, Banco Real S.A., a corporation organized under the laws of Brazil and doing business in New York, and certain officers of the bank, alleging employment discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”). Plaintiff asserts alternative bases of federal jurisdiction under 42 U.S.C. § 1985(3) and the International Banking Act of 1978, as amended, 12 U.S.C. §§ 3102, 3106a.
