Plaintiffs Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, and the Traveler’s Insurance Company (Plaintiffs) brought this action for indemnity against the named insurance company defendants1 to pay their shares of a $34 million dollar settlement of an earlier antitrust action where six Minnesota employers sued plaintiffs and the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Association of Minnesota (WCIRAM).
