hThe defendant, Jamel L. Edgar, appeals his conviction and sentence. Finding no merit to his appeal, we affirm the conviction and sentence.

STATEMENT OF CASE

The defendant was charged by an indictment filed on June 11, 2009, with two counts of aggravated rape and two counts of aggravated kidnapping. He entered a not guilty plea on June 23, 2009, and on December 4, 2009, the district court denied the motions to suppress the evidence, statement, and identification.
