11 This appeal arises from the conviction and sentencing of defendant for the second degree murder of Brandon Baker. Defendant appeals contending that there was insufficient evidence to justify a conviction, that his 6th- Amendment rights were violated by the limited cross-examination of a witness, and that he was unable to review all of the evidence on appeal. For the following reasons, we find that sufficient evidence was presented to the jury to find that defendant murdered the victim beyond a reasonable doubt. We also find that defendant’s 6th.
