Plaintiff PrecisionIR Inc. (“PreeisionIR”) brought this action against defendants Brent A. Clepper (“Clepper”) and TalkPoint Holdings, L.L.C. d/b/a/ Talk-Point Communications (“TalkPoint”) (collectively, “Defendants”). PrecisionIR’s amended complaint, dated November 17, 2009 (the “Amended Complaint” or “Am.
