COMPTON, Justice.

Appellant Rose Borkowski filed an employment discrimination complaint with the Alaska State Commission for Human Rights (“Commission”). The Commission dismissed the complaint after an investigation, finding no probable cause for the discrimination allegation. The superior court affirmed this dismissal.
