Before us are consolidated recommendations of the Board on Professional Responsibility, one to impose reciprocal discipline on attorney Jill J. Pennington in the form of suspension for thirty days, the other to impose original discipline on attorney N. Frank Wiggins in the form of a suspension for sixty days, thirty days of which would be stayed in favor of unsupervised probation for one year, during which he would be expected to complete a CLE course in legal ethics.
