Appellant, Jermall Johnson, pro se, appeals from the June 10, 2015 judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County following his convictions for, inter alia, possession of a firearm with an altered manufacturer’s num*119ber, persons not to possess, firearms not to be carried -without a license, resisting arrest, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked.1 Upon review, we vacate and remand for further proceedings.
