The respondent’s motion for rehearing in this cause was duly considered, and is overruled. Our original opinion in this cause is, however, withdrawn, and the following substituted therefor:

The respondent, Stanley B. Matthews, sued the petitioner, Newspapers, Inc., for damages for libel to himself personally and to his business, alleged to have been published in the Austin American and the Austin Statesman, two newspapers published by petitioner.
