Plaintiff George Akouri (“Akouri”) appeals the district court’s judgment notwithstanding the jury verdict, which reduced Akouri’s $700,000 jury award for back-pay and compensatory damages under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et Seq.
