KLINGEMAN, Justice.

This is a suit by Hooker Industries, Inc., dba Hooker Headers and Casler Performance Products, appellee herein, against Dennis Stein, dba Speed and Sport Warehouse, aka Speed & Sport Warehouse, Inc.,1 for failure to pay for certain automobile accessories and equipment furnished by appellee. Trial was to a jury with a number of special issues being submitted.2 Both sides filed motions for judgment.
