The genesis of this case is predicated upon a series of five separate and harassing lawsuits instituted by a disgruntled former law professor, William S. Herrmann, against his employer, Brooklyn Law School (hereinafter “Law School”) and a number of its trustees, faculty and students, which were entitled as follows:(1) Herrmann v.
