This action was brought to recover the purchase price of an automobile which the plaintiff claims to have sold to the defendants. The cause was tried to the court without a jury, and resulted in findings of fact from which the court concluded that no recovery could be had. From the judgment entered dismissing the action, the plaintiff appeals.
