Plaintiffs, Sima Products Corporation (“Sima”); Irwin Diamond; Chicago Area Camera Club Association (“Camera Club”) and Betty Obey bring this action against Dr. John McLucas, Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”), under 28 U.S.C. §§ 2201, 2202 seeking declaratory and injunctive relief.
