Defendant served a Notice of Deposition of Dongguk Pursuant to Rule 30(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (the “30(b)(6) Notice”) on May 28, 2010. Dongguk moved for a protective order quashing portions of Yale’s 30(b)(6) notice. [Doc. *72# 167]. Yale has objected to plaintiffs Motion. [Doc. # 173].
