This matter is before the Court upon a motion for clarification by three veterinarians, Drs. William L. Amoroso, III, Steven *358Melman, and Daniel C. Nególa (collectively, the “Purchasers”), as to the ownership of approximately 95 stainless steel animal cages (the “Cages”) which they purchased at a trustee’s sale of assets conducted on July 3, 1990 (the “Trustee’s Sale”).
