HUGHES, Justice.
This suit was instituted on June 29, 1967, by Phi Kappa Sigma Educational and Building Association, owner of a recently constructed fraternity house, to remove the cloud upon its title to this house created by numerous mechanics and materialmen’s liens. Appellant Lennox Industries, Inc. was one of the lien claimants named as defendant in this cause, having furnished materials used in the building’s construction.
