Jenny Reid Marcus, a “palimony” judgment creditor in the amount of $203,592.96, seeks to deny the debtor’s discharge for various reasons under 11 U.S.C. § 727, including the accusation that he sold his three-level Martha’s Vineyard house on Chappaquiddick Island, featured in “House & Garden” and “Architectural Record,” to a friend twenty days after her “palimony” verdict was entered against him and one day before he executed his bankruptcy petition.
