Plaintiffs (The Equal Rights Center (“ERC”)), the American Association of People with Disabilities, and the United Spinal Association filed this action against Defendants Archstone Smith Trust and Archstone Operating Trust (together “Archstone”), Niles Bolton Associates, Inc.
