GAITAN, Judge.

Appellant, Shelter Mutual Insurance Co., appeals the trial court’s denial of its motion for summary judgment and the court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of respondent, American Family Mutual Insurance Co., in a declaratory judgment action to determine which company’s insurance policy would furnish coverage for an al*175leged personal injury sustained on the premises of the insured. We affirm.
