Plaintiff-Appellant Robert Esmond appeals the decision of the trial court dismissing his claim that he was entitled to recover uninsured motorist benefits under his employer’s insurance policy with Defendant-Respondent Bituminous Casualty Corp. because he was injured as a result of an accident caused by an uninsured motorist while hauling compressors in the scope and course of his employer’s business.
